Please, can anyone help me?
I am trying to find an Hostaro 1970 Ferrari Pininfarina 512S kit (Ref. 52). If you have one you would be prepared to sell, or possibly know of one somewhere, I would love to hear about it!
And yes, I know I already have a factory built one, but this is for another project I have in mind...

Shin Collection has just released another mind blowing AC Cobra, this time, Carol Shelby's own supercharged 427 "Super Snake".
Despite being 'only' a curbside, there is an incredible list of scratch built detailing, a lot of which almost defies belief. At this stage, it is a one-off, but if there is enough demand, Shin will build three. Currently at MiniWerks.

A fellow collector in Greece has just had an amazing model built from an old Precision Miniatures Mustang Fastback kit. He had Pierre Fabrègues of GT1 Factory create a 1:43 scale replica of Project SN65!
There is a "work in progress" thread on the MiniWerks Forum, with more pictures.

A pair of McLaren F1 road cars join my collection, courtesy of Ari from AutoBarn Models very kindly offering them to me at an excellent price. Both were on my list of F1's to get, so I snapped them up; a 'Titanium' road car and the ex-Harrods GTR (#006R).

I found another unique Eidolon Countach in Japan the other day, which is now on the way to me - this time in metallic purple with a tan interior, rear wing and silver OZ rims.
And many thanks once again to bestkit.jp for helping me obtain it.

Another streamliner to add to my Land Speed Record collection: The 1950's Moto Guzzi powered Moto Guzzi Nibbio 2°.
Built by Gararge43 from an ABC kit, with a lot of extra work going into it - including a real leather seat.
who I am...
I am nobody special, living in a little place at the bottom of the World, called New Zealand. I lurk on various forums, usually under the guise of "Jono" or "GTAV6".
I also trade a little on eBay as "the.x.man", which happens to be my web design moniker, as well.
the latest noteworthy acquisition...
1935 Rolls Royce Phantom I Jonckheere Coupé.
Vroom kit - Built and photographed by Gararge43, including a hand made "Spirit of Ecstasy" and a genuine Rolls Royce badge on the display base. The plaque has since been changed to one bearing the correct details.
