Chassis number GLA12997 was a one-off 1986 Quattrovalvole built for Patrick Mimran, who owned Automobili Lamborghini SpA for a few years before Chysler bought them.
It was painted in a somewhat unusual dark metallic purple, called "Chianti Perlcolor", a colour that was never listed by Lamborghini.
This particular paint colour only reappeared again briefly when Volkswagen offered it an option for the Corrado, from 1991-1993 and this is the actual paint used on the model.
The real car is currently in Switzerland and has a website, www.countach.ch, dedicated to it.
